Good morning Sarah! Demo starts today. We've got the dust barriers up and everything is prepped. Should take about 3 days.

Rico is here for the electrical rough-in. He's running new 20-amp circuits for the island and upgrading the lighting wiring.
Hey Sarah, Mike asked me to loop in here. I'm adding dedicated circuits for your appliances - dishwasher, disposal, and microwave will each have their own. Much safer than the old setup.

Plumbing rough-in complete! Moved the sink line to the island location as planned. Everything is pressure-tested and ready for inspection.
Great news - both rough-in inspections passed! Flooring goes in next week.

Cabinets arrived today from BuildRight. Starting install first thing tomorrow morning.
Heads up Mike - the countertop slabs shipped today. Should arrive by the 26th. I'll send tracking.

I was looking at pendant lights for over the island - maybe 3 instead of 2? I'll send you some photos of what I'm thinking.
Cabinet install is looking great. Should be done by Thursday. I'll get with Rico about adding a third pendant location - shouldn't be a big deal since the island wiring is already in.
