Sarah, the deck build is done! We're moving into the final phase now - inspections, punch list walkthrough, and warranty handoff.
So exciting! It already looks incredible from the window. When can we do the walkthrough?
Let's plan for Tuesday the 18th? I want to get the final inspection from the city first, which is scheduled for tomorrow.
City inspection passed with flying colors! Inspector was impressed with the cable rail work. We're good for the walkthrough tomorrow.

We did the walkthrough and found a couple minor items. I've added them to the punch list - one step light isn't activating and there's a small gap at a board joint. Both easy fixes.
No worries at all, everything else looks absolutely perfect. The cable railing with the post cap lights at night is stunning.
Fixed the board gap today. Still tracking down the step light issue - might be a bad LED driver. Tom, do you have a replacement TimberTech driver in stock?
Yep, I've got one. I'll set it aside for you - can pick up tomorrow.
